On Wednesday, Feb. 14th, Pastor Ann Lantz put ashes on believers’ foreheads during a drive-through imposition of ashes for Ash Wednesday, the beginning of Lent. Lent is a season of spiritual preparation for Easter. During Lent, many Christians observe a period of fasting, repentance, moderation, self-denial, and spiritual discipline.
